The Elevation Referral Program (“The Program”) allows Users to earn cash rewards (collectively “Rewards”) by referring friends to purchase solar from Elevation.
Users can earn Rewards if: (i) a referred friend schedules a meeting and attends the meeting, either by phone, virtual or in-person, with an Elevation salesperson; and/or (ii) the referred friend purchases solar from Elevation; and (iii) the referred friend is not already a lead within the Elevation customer database.
The referring User will receive the Reward(s) specified for the Qualifying Sales Activity in the accompanying promotional materials after the completion of the referred friend’s Qualifying Sales Activity.
If the referred friend completes a Qualifying Sales Activity, the referring User will receive the Reward specified for the Qualifying Sales Activity, if any.
After any Qualifying Sales Activity, the user will be notified of the Reward and the status will be updated in their Refer a Friend account.
Qualifying Sales Activities include: a Qualifying Sales Appointment and a Qualifying Solar Sale.
A Qualifying Sales Appointment is defined as when a referred friend has scheduled and completed a meeting with an Elevation sales person. The appointment can be conducted online, on the phone, or in person.
A Qualifying Solar Sale is defined as when a referred friend purchases a minimum 10-panel solar system from Elevation and has signed the final agreement.
The User has the choice to redeem Rewards with cash. Once earned, the User will be notified of the Reward and will be asked to confirm their payment preference. After the payment has been made, the User will not be able to change the payment preference.
Cash rewards are made via PayPal or Venmo. The User will need to link their PayPal or Venmo account to their Elevation Refer a Friend Account in order to receive payment. If payment method has not been linked to a valid PayPal or Venmo account within 30 days payment will be deemed invalid and voided. This applies retroactively to any existing referral program accounts.
If for any reason you believe that there is a discrepancy regarding your balance of Rewards, please contact us. Elevation may require you to submit additional information in order to make a determination regarding your balance. All decisions regarding your balance will be final and at Elevation’s sole discretion.
You are responsible for any Tax consequences, if any, that may result from your redemption or use of Rewards. If the total amount of Rewards redeemed are equal to or exceed $600, Elevation will send the User a W-9 tax form via DocuSign to complete.
If any provision in these terms are held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Elevation may suspend or terminate the Program or a user’s ability to participate in it at any time for any reason.
The scope, variety, and type of services and products that you may obtain by redeeming Rewards can change at any time.
We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the Elevation website, applications, or services, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
